30-day returns
Art is hard to judge on a screen. If a piece isn't right in your room, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund.
What we need
- The artwork undamaged, with its frame intact
- The original packaging — please keep it until you're sure
- Your order number
How to start a return
Email maxpro923@icloud.com with your order number and a line about what didn't work. We'll send a return address and instructions within one business day.
Who pays return shipping
- Damaged, faulty, or not what was described: we cover everything, including the replacement
- Changed your mind, or it didn't suit the room: you cover return postage
Damaged on arrival
Send a photo before unpacking further. In almost every case we ship a replacement straight away and don't ask for the original back.
Refund timing
We process refunds within 2 business days of your return arriving. Your bank usually takes a further 5–10 days to post it.
